Jason Pratt is a decidated Family Nurse Practitioner whose passion is providing evidence based patient centered care. He believes in taking the time to listen, educate, and partner with patients to help them achieve their healthiest lives. His commitment to clinical excellence and treating every patient like family serves as the foundation for our medical practice. 

Kayla Long serves as Director of Operations and brings years of experience in practice management, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, business development, and patient experience. Her passion lies in building efficient systems that allow providers to focus on what matters most which is delivering outstanding patient care while ensuring every patient feels welcomed, valued, and respected from the moment they walk through the doors.
