Kayla Long, is the Co-Owner and Practice Administrator of Quality First Primary Care. With years of experience in healthcare administration, clinical operations, regulatory compliance, and practice management, Kayla is passionate about creating an exceptional patient experience while ensuring the highest standards of quality and operational excellence.

Throughout her career, Kayla has served in leadership roles overseeing the day-to-day operations of busy primary care practices. Her expertise includes provider support, credentialing, revenue cycle oversight, quality improvement initiatives, regulatory compliance, human resources, workflow development, and patient advocacy. She has successfully led teams, implemented efficient operational processes, and fostered environments where both patients and staff can thrive.

Kayla is earning her Bachelor of Health Science in Pre-Clinical Studies at IWU. She holds an Associate of Applied Science in Human Services. She is also a State Registered Nurse Aide (SRNA), a Certified Business Consultant, a Certified Nutrition Coach, and a Certified Grief Coach. Her diverse educational background allows her to approach healthcare with a unique perspective that combines compassionate patient support with strong business leadership.
